Born in Okirka Local Government of Rivers State, J.M. Wariboko Esq. attended the famous Okrika Grammar School (OGS) where he represented the school in several debate competitions. He subsequently attended the Rivers State University of Science and Technology (RSUST) now Rivers State University (RSU) and obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree (Second Class Lower) in 2011. As a student of the University, his calm and God-fearing nature accorded him the leadership position of the President of the Anglican Students’ Fellowship (ASF) on campus between 2008 and 2010. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus in 2012 where he obtained Barrister-at-law (B.L) Degree (Second Class Upper) in 2013 and was called to the Nigerian Bar the same year.
He started his law practice with Ikiriko George and Associate at 46 Moore House, Port Harcourt. He subsequently joined this firm in 2015 and has since then been involved in several high profile matters both at the High Court and at the Court of Appeal.
He has attended several conference and workshops. He has special interest in Litigation, Advocacy, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Property Law Practice.
He is happily married with a child. His hobbies are reading, singing and swimming.
