Granville I. Abibo (SAN)
The Managing Solicitor of the Firm, Granville Isetima Abibo (SAN) attended the reputable Okrika Grammar School, Okrika and later the Federal Schools of Arts and Science, Suleja, Abuja for his Higher School Certificate. Thereafter he attended the University of Ibadan, Nigeria where he obtained his LL.B Hons. Degree. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, passed his Bar finals with 2nd Class Upper Division. He was Called to the Bar on 27th July, 1985. He also holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) of the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife (formerly University of Ife) Nigeria, 1989. He has been in active legal practice specialising in Litigation and Appellate practice, Corporate and Commercial Practice, and Criminal Law cases. He is a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria since 1999. He was conferred with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) on 26th August, 2011 at the Supreme Court of Nigeria. An active member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He was elected Chairman of the Port Harcourt branch of the Association (2004-2006) and is a member of the National Executive of the Association since 2004. He is also a member of the International Bar Association, Commonwealth Lawyers Association and Associate Member of the American Bar Association as well as the Secretary, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Nigeria Branch (Port Harcourt Chapter) since 2006. He has attended various local and international conferences and seminars since 2000. He is married with 3 children. His hobbies include travelling and reading all kinds of books.

S. A. Somiari
Sammie Abiye Somiari Esq is a graduate of the University of Benin where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree in 1997 before proceedings to the Nigerian Law School, Abuja where he bagged the prestigious Barrister of Law (BL) degree and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999. Somiari has since his call to bar been in very active Legal practice and is presently a Partner and Head of Chambers of the Firm. Somiari has several other professional qualifications and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator, UK; Nigerian Bar Association, Nigerian Maritime Law Association, International Bar Association; Common Wealth Lawyers Association, etc. He has attended several international and local conferences, training and workshops. Somiari is happily married and his hobbies include football and travelling.
Monday. O. Dayi Esq. Studied law at the enviable Delta State University Oleh Campus in 1997. He graduated in the year 2003 with Second Class Hons. (Lower Division). He thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School and after successfully completing his course of study with second class Hons. (Lower Division), he was triumphantly called to the Nigerian Bar in October 2004. After his call to the Bar, he worked as counsel in the Chambers of K.C. Ogodo & Co, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State (National Youth Service Corp, 2004-2005). He joined the law firm of Granville Abibo (SAN) & Co. in October 2005 where he has since risen to the position of a Senior Counsel and Deputy Head of Chambers. M.O. Dayi Esq. has special flare for civil and criminal litigation, debt recovery, election petition, appellate practice, corporate practice as well as acquisition and compensation matters, property consulting, oil and gas and maritime matters.

Abiye A. Abo
Abiye Anthony Abo Esq. was born at Abonnema in the Akuku-toru Local Government Area of Rivers State. He studied law at the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt from where he graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree (Second Class Lower). Thereafter, he was at the Nigeria Law School, Abuja Campus where he obtained his Barrister-at-Law (B.L) degree (Second Class Upper) in 2007 and was called to the Nigerian Bar on the 11th day of May, 2007. He did the National Youth Service (NYSC) at the Faculty of Law, Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki from 2007 to 2008 as an Assistant Lecturer and Clinician at the EBSU Law Clinic where he was privileged to assist in teaching Legal Clinic and Environmental Law at both the undergraduate and diploma levels. He immediately returned to Port Harcourt and joined the law firm of Granville Abibo (SAN) & Co from April 2008 till date. He is a Senior Counsel in Chambers. He has attended several conferences, seminars and workshops and his areas of interest include civil and criminal litigation, environmental law, oil and gas, arbitration, marine insurance, debt recovery, commercial practice, election petition, human rights, matrimonial and women rights, etc. He is happily married with three kids. Table-tennis, swimming, reading and travelling are his hobbies.
V.N. Onah (Mrs.)
Mrs. Vivian Nma Onah is a core litigator with special interest in commercial litigation and oil and gas law. She is an associate in the firm’s Port Harcourt office and is regularly involved in diverse litigation in various courts. She regularly handles debt recovery,land matters,matrimonial causes and commercial law issues. Mrs. Nma is a proactive individual that enjoys solving complex legal issues.
She is an alumnus of Rivers State University of Science and Technology Port Harcourt.She was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2008.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and Chartered Institute of Arbitration(UK), Nigerian Branch.

Called to Bar in November 2008, Ms Chioma Eze Attended Constitution Crescent Primary School, Aba, St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Girls Seminary Umuahia, Federal Government Girls College, Abuloma Port Harcourt and the University of Calabar respectively. She thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus wherein she graduated with 2nd Class Upper Division.
Had a brief stinct teaching Commercial Law to 3rd year students of the University of Ado Ekiti in 2009.
An active member of the Bar and an associate of he chartered institute of Arbitratuion (uk). She is especially interested in Appellate Practices, Corporate & Commercial Law, Election Petitions and Litigations generally.

Born in the city of Port Harcourt, Chinedu S. Maduba Esq. attended First International Academy, Port Harcourt where he was Senior Prefect Boy and was accorded several prizes within and outside the school. Thereafter, he attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka for his Law Degree programme where he graduated with Second Class Upper Honours in 2009. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010. He did his one year National Youth Service in the office of the Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Rivers State, precisely the Department of Public Prosecutions from 2010-2011 where his due diligence and dedication to tasks/duties also fetched him several accolades and awards.
He joined the firm in October 2011 and has handled several cases both at the High Courts and Appellate Courts where his dexterity has come to bare.
His Leadership qualities runs from every organisation or group he is identified with or belongs to.
He has attended several conferences and workshops all aimed at developing his quest for more knowledge.
He has a special bias for Litigation, inclusive of Appellate Practice.
Nnaemeka Ejike Darlington Chukwu Esq. was born in 1982. He attended All Saints Primary School, Onitsha. He thereafter attended college at Immaculate Conception, Enugu for his secondary school education. He proceeded to Enugu State University of Science and Technology where he gained admission to study Law in 2001. He graduated and went on to the Nigeria Law School, Bwari Campus Abuja in 2007 for the one year Law School training. He was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in November, 2008. He carried out his one year mandatory National Youth Service with the Legal Drafting Dept of the Ministry of Justice, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He has remained in active practice in Litigation since then. He has attended trainings on alternative Dispute Resolution, Oil and Gas and many more. He has special interest in Oil and gas law, Environmental Law and International Law.
